An Act Relative to Jurisdiction of the District Courts..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 21 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6 the words “two thousand dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- eight thousand dollars.

SECTION 2. Section 102C of chapter 231 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the words “twenty-five thousand dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- one hundred thousand dollars.
