An Act Relative to the Humane Treatment of Persons with Disabilities ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Practices by professionals and others which deny the ordinary comforts such as food, bedding and bathroom facilities shall be prohibited.
