An Act to Protect Persons with Disabilities from Inappropriate Treatments ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

No disabled individual shall be subjected to painful aversive procedures without a comprehensive medical and dental evaluation including neurological and sensory evaluations as well as an assessment of environments, all of which factors may impact on the behavior of the individual.
