An Act relative to jury duty..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Not withstanding any general or special law to the contrary.  Any individual denied a firearm identification card for the purposes of employment shall be exempt from performing jury duty until such time as said firearm identification card is granted.
