An Act relative to level 2 sex offenders..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 178D of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended, by striking out in lines 31 and 32, the words “or level 2.”
