An Act relative to juror service..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 4 of chapter 234A of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 78 of the acts of 2007, is hereby further amended by adding after subsection 8, the following new subsection:-

9.  Such person is the sole owner of a business and said person’s juror service would require said person to close the business.
