An Act prohibiting adults from playgrounds..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Chapter 45 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out section 18 and inserting in place thereof the following section:–

Section 18.  The chapter shall not be construed to prohibit the use of any playgrounds or recreation centers by children of special age groups at the discretion of the body having the grounds or premises in charge provided, however, adults shall not be allowed in playgrounds unless they are accompanying a child or children.  Any adult who violates this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.
