An Act relative to the bankruptcy relief and protection ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.

Chapter 235, Section 34 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by deleting paragraph sixteen and adding in place thereof the following –

“Sixteenth, in addition to the above listed, the Commonwealth shall adopt all current federal exemptions and limits as modified and updated in accordance with Federal 11 United States Code section 522(d)”
