An Act relative to interest on judgments..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 8 of Chapter 235 is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following sentence:

This section shall apply in actions against the Commonwealth to the same extent that it applies in actions against a private party.
