An Act relative to juror service ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 58 of chapter 234A is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the following: “Each week,” and inserting in place thereof the following: - “No later than fourteen (14) days after the date of service,” 

SECTION 2.  Section 58 of chapter 234A is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the following: “mail” and inserting in place thereof the following: - “provide”.
