An Act relative to the authority of chief justices..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.

CHAPTER 211B SECTION 10 (i) OF THE GENERAL LAWS, AS SO APPEARING, IS HEREBY AMNEDED BY INSERTING IN LINE 3 AFTER THE WORD “APPOINT” AND BEFORE THE WORDS  “NON-JUDICIAL PERSONNEL” THE WORDS “OR TRANSFER”.
