An Act to increase access to the courts..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 21 of Chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended by deleting the words “two thousand dollars” in line 6 and replacing them with the words “five thousand dollars”.
