An Act relative to unlicensed drivers.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.The first paragraph of section 20 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as amended, section 9 of chapter 428 of the acts of 2006, is hereby amended by inserting after the figure $1000 in line 10 the following:-

“for the first conviction and a fine of not less than $500 and no more than $1000 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or both for a second and subsequent offenses.”
