An Act relating to homesteads..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 188 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out from the last paragraph the words “provided, that only one owner may acquire an estate of homestead in any such home for the benefit of his family;”
