An Act relating to administration of small estates..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 16 of Chapter 195 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out from the first paragraph the words “and other personal property not exceeding fifteen thousand dollars in value”, and inserting in place thereof the following words:-  “and other personal property not exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars in value”.
