An Act relative to the parent education program..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all parties to a divorce action in which there are minor children, shall be required to attend and participate in an approved parent education program within thirty (30) days of service of the original complaint.
