An Act Relative to Court Officers Powers and Duties ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 70A of chapter 221 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006

Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 2 after the word “court” the following words, and to, and from medical treatment facilities in the event of a medical emergency emanating from the court.
