An Act relative to the maximum age for jurors..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.Section 1 of Chapter 234 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 26, the word “seventy” and inserting in place thereof the following word: “seventy-five”.

SECTION 2. Section 4 of Chapter 234A in the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 8, the word “seventy” and inserting in place thereof the following word: “seventy-five”.
