An Act AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF UNEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE TO SHARE INFORMATION WITH THE JOINT TASK FORCE ON THE UNDERGROUND ECONOMY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 46 of chapter 151A of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 194 of the acts of  2007, is hereby further amended by adding the following new paragraph:—

(j)  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the commissioner may participate in the Joint Enforcement Task Force on the Underground Economy and Employee Misclassification established by Executive Order No. 499 and may share information secured pursuant to this chapter with members of the Task Force as specified in Section 2 of Executive Order No. 499 for the purpose of fulfilling the mission of the Task Force.
