An Act Relative to Workers' Compensation Dependency Benefits..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 35A of chapter 152 of the General Laws is hereby amended by: 1. deleting the phrase "six dollars" in the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the phrase "fifteen dollars" 2. deleting the phrase "one hundred fifty dollars" in the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the phrase "three hundred dollars" 3. deleting the phrase "six dollars" in the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the phrase "fifteen dollars".
