An Act relative to labor organizations..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Subsection 3 of section 1 of chapter 151B, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following:-

Except where such organization falls under the jurisdiction of the National Labor Relations Board.
