An Act eliminating the workforce training fund..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 2RR of chapter 29 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2.  Any funds remaining in the Workforce Training Fund shall be transferred to the Unemployment Trust Fund.

SECTION 3.  Section 1 of this act will take effect on June 30th, 2009.  Section 2 of this act will take effect on July 1st, 2009.
