An Act relative to the establishment of fines for license violations in the town of North Andover..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  The Licensing Commissioners of the Town of North Andover shall be permitted to impose fines upon license holders who violate rules and regulations.
