An Act  Relative to the Town of Fairhaven Issuing a Common Victualer Beer and Wine License to Katherine Psichopaidas, Manager, Mermaids Seafood Restaurant & Grille, 15 Sarah's Way in the Town of Fairhaven..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.Notwithstanding any general or specific law to the contrary or any limitations on the number of licenses issued under the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended, the Town of Fairhaven may issue a Common Victualer Beer and Wine License to Katherine Psichopaidas, Manager, Mermaid’s Seafood Restaurant & Grille, 15 Sarah’s Way in the Town of Fairhaven. This license is non-transferable to a different location, but may be transferred to a new licensee at the same location.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
