An Act relative to the Williamstown Library Board of Trustees..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 216 of the acts of 1994 is hereby amended by striking out in line 3 the word “five” and inserting in place thereof the figure:- 7

SECTION 2.  The 2 additional members shall be elected at the town’s annual election in 2010 for 3 year terms.

SECTION 3.  The act shall take effect upon its passage.
