An Act relative to inhalant abuse by minors..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 35 of Chapter 123 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the words ‘or substances having property of releasing toxic vapors’ after the phrase “a person who chronically or habitually consumes or ingests controlled substances” in the definition of “substance abuser”.

SECTION 2. For purposes of this Act, the definition of “substances having property of releasing toxic vapors” will be that described in Section 18 of Chapter 270 of the General Laws.
