In the Year Two Thousand Nine

An Act relative to the Segregansett Country Club in the City of Taunton..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any rule, regulation or Massachusetts General Law to the contrary, the Segregansett Country Club in the City of Taunton shall be exempt from any applicable provision to any work or landscaping that occurred before the year of 1996.
