An Act to assist small business.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 14(n)(1) of chapter 151a of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “unit”, in line 288, the following words:- and the transferee continues such organization, trade or business.
