An Act relative to the expiration date of professional licenses at the Board of Allied Health..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 23B of chapter 112 is hereby amended in the second paragraph by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof :-

Licenses shall expire every 2 years on the birth month anniversary of the licensee.
