An Act relative to medical examiners. ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 13 of chapter 38 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence, the following sentence:- If upon release any part of the body has been retained by the office written notification shall be provided to the person claiming the body.
