An Act relative to eliminating health disparities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The Executive Office of Health and Human Services shall work to eliminate health disparities among disability populations, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
