An Act to include call/volunteer firefighters on the Massachusetts Fire Training Council..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 164 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the word “ten” and inserting in its place the following number:- 12.  

SECTION 2.  Said section 164, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word chief, in line 17, the following words:—  2 of whom shall be selected from a list of 4 names submitted by the Massachusetts Call/Volunteer Firefighters’ Association;.
