An Act relative to electrical weapon registration..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 131J of Chapter 140 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the words ‘or fixed’ after the word “portable” in the phrase “No person shall possess a portable device or weapon”.
