An Act relative to superannuation retirement..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1:  Subdivision (1) of section 10 of chapter 32, as appearing in the 2006 official edition, is hereby amended by striking out phrase “one-tenth” in line 24 and inserting in place thereof the phrase “one-twentieth”.
