An Act Relative to the Reclassification of Public Works Employees at Plymouth Airport..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 308 of the acts of 2008, is hereby amended, in line 252, by striking the word “and”.

SECTION 2. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 308 of the acts of 2008, is further amended, in line 256, by inserting after the word “hospital” the following:-

; and public works employers at Plymouth airport
