In the Year Two Thousand Nine

An Act relative to David Sennott and the public employees retirement administration and commission..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding the provisions of  paragraph (b) of section 91 of Chapter 32 of the General laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official  Edition, the Public Employees Retirement Administration Commission is hereby authorized and directed to permit David Sennott to be employed in the service of the Apponequet Regional School District for not more than 1170 hours in the aggregate, in any calendar year; provided that the earnings therefrom when added to any pension or retirement allowance he is receiving do not exceed the salary that he is being paid for the position from which he was retired or in which his employment was terminated.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
