An Act relative to option C..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Chapter 32, Section 12 of the Massachusetts General Laws shall be amended by inserting: -

(4) Retroactive application of new annuity tables.

Effective July 1, 2004, the new “Option C factor tables” established by the Retirement Board on December 27, 2004 shall be applied to all members and survivors who previously retired under “Option C” or “Option D.”
