An Act to include the title motor equipment repairman in Group 4 of the state employees retirement system..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 3(g) of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is

hereby amended by including the titles of Motor Equipment

Repairman 1, 2, and 3 in the Division of State Parks and Recreation

in the Department of Conservation and Recreation in Group 4 of the

Retirement system.
