In the Year Two Thousand Nine

An Act to include custodians in Group 2 of the retirement system..

 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

 Section 3(g) of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is

 hereby amended to include municipal maintenance employees,

 school district maintenance employees, and maintenance employees

 of Housing Authorities in Group 2 of the retirement system.
