An Act to clarify the cost of transfers..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 3 (8) c of Chapter 32 is hereby amended by inserting after the word actuary in line 1100 in the 2004 official edition the following new words “at the time of transfer and with no further liability to the predecessor system.”
