An Act relative to GIC dental and vision insurance coverage for some MWRA employees..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of section 7 of chapter 372 of the acts of 1984 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “commonwealth” in the first sentence, the following,

“Further, all employees deemed eligible by the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority Board of Directors shall have access to GIC dental and vision insurance coverage to the same extent as if they were employees of the commonwealth.”
