An Act to Accommodate Personal Care Attendants without a Workplace Site..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 17G of chapter 180, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by the inserting after word “employed” , in line 5, the following words:- “or which may be specified by a collective bargaining agreement with the PCA Quality Homecare Workforce Council,”
