An Act relative to the property tax deferral program..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Subsection (e of section 3 of chapter 44B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out paragraph (1) and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph (1):-

(1) For property owned and occupied as a domicile by a person 65 years of age or older
