An Act  further regulating motor vehicle excise tax..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section1. Section 1 of chapter 60A of the General Laws as appearing in the 2006 official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word “loss” in line 112  the following used primarily for a person who suffered such loss. Section I of chapter
