An Act regarding Green Energy and the Community Preservation Act..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 6 of Chapter 44b is hereby amended by adding after the word “housing” in the first sentence the following: Not less than 10 percent of the annual revenues for Green Energy Initiatives.
