An Act to increase real estate abatements for elders who provide volunteer services                         ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 5K of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended, in line 13, by striking out the figure $750 and inserting in place thereof the following:-
