An Act relative to the Taunton Judicial Complex..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any rule, regulation or Massachusetts General Law to the contrary the Division of Capital Asset Management shall fully fund phase two of the Taunton Judicial Complex, mainly the refurbishment of the Bristol County Superior Court including connection to the new judicial complex.
