An Act authorizing the Division of Capital Asset Management to convey certain lands to the town of Northborough ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  The commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance shall convey a certain parcel of land previously the Westborough State Hospital, located in the town of Northborough to the town of Northborough, for consideration of $1 to be used as recreational fields for the town of Northborough.
