An Act concerning the state secretary..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 10 (A) of Chapter 9 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the language:—

The provisions of chapter one hundred and ten A shall be available to all the divisions within the department of the state secretary.
