An Act relative to storage of towed vehicles..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 39A of Chapter 255 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 9 by inserting after, “and forthwith notify in writing the said owner or operator”, the following words: -

“of such garage within 24 hours”.
